A FANTASTIC EXAMPLE OF A GREAT BRITISH 4 BERTH CRUISER.
Access is gained via the sculpted teak stern steps or via the drop down stainless steel ladders on either side. The teak steps lead up to the Flybridge. The fly bridge is fitted with Tek-Dek flooring. It has a large ‘U’ shaped aft seating with stowage. The helm is Stb side. There is easy access to either side deck from the fly bridge. Access to the saloon is through the Port side, curved, tinted sliding door. You then step down in to the bright and airy saloon. There is a drinks cabinet port side next to the steps which is next to the smaller sofa which would accommodate 2-3 adults. Opposite is the curved large sofa. This would seat up to 6 adults. The lower helm station is Port side and has a very nicely laid out dashboard and excellent visibility. Aft of the saloon is the large Aft cabin with En-suite. Again, this cabin is light and airy thanks to the large windows. The bed is a double bed located in the rear port corner. There is also a small seating area, wardrobe and dressing table. The En-suite has a manual sea toilet to holding tank, shower and hand basin with hot and cold water. The hot water is provided by Immersion, Calorifier or Webasto heating. There is a large three sided mirror and a heated towel rail. The towel rail is heated via the Webasto central heating system. Moving fwd through the saloon. You step down in to the well-equipped ‘U’ shaped galley. It is fitted out with an all in one piece Corian worktop through in to draining board and sink. It benefits from a Smev 4 ring LPG hob, Smev oven and grill, ample storage and work surface. Opposite is the main shower/toilet compartment. It is fitted with a manual sea toilet to holding tank, Shower and hand basin with hot and cold water, Storage and surface space. Again, there is a heated towel rail and three mirrors. Moving forward is where this Birchwood 340 differs from the rest. This boat was built with a Fwd private cabin. This a better use of space and provides better accommodation for guests. It is fitted with a large ‘V’ berth which has storage beneath and a generous sized wardrobe. Simply Magic is fitted with both an Eberspacher D4 heating system which heats both bedrooms and the Saloon and a Webasto Thermo Top E central heating system. This heats both towel rails and two concealed radiators under the saloon seating. Simply Magic is also fitted with Stainless Steel Fuel and Water tanks. Simply Magic represents excellent value for money and would make a fantastic family boat. New oil and filter changed Oct 2015 and new fuel filters changed May 2016.
