Fleur De La Lune is a 67ft long x 13ft 3ins wide Dutch Barge built by R & D Fabrications in 1991. She has 4 berths, and is fitted with a Lister HRW6 diesel engine. BSC to 2016
The accommodation is very well laid out and would suit a couple who enjoy being on the water. It has been subject to a total refurbishment over recent years. The internal walls have be insulated with an extra depth of spray foam, the number one choice for boats. The interior walls, roof windows and ceilings have been replaced. Living Room/Saloon: Large by boat standards at 16ft 6in x 13ft with a morso multi fuel stove in a tiled surround. Sky light windows. Lots of 240v sockets and TV aerial point and low level lighting. A large L shape settee provides extra storage space underneath and can be turned into a bed for the occasional visitors. There is a dining table and chairs and plenty of book and CD shelving.
Bathroom: Approx. 6ft 6in x 7ft Very attractive with white tiles, stylish ceramic basin on top of three door vanity unit, with low level lighting. There is also a bath/shower, a heated towel rail and a full height corner cupboard for towels etc.
The toilet is top of the market, high tech, but very reliable, Sealand 500 series VacuFlush with a vacuum cassette tank, out of sight under the vanity unit. There are also two spare cassette tanks.
Office Area: is a good size desk with drawers, a phone and BT hub internet, providing home wireless network covering all the boat
Bedroom: Approx. 13 ft x 9ft 6in at its widest point. It has a double bed in the centre with some storage underneath - there are bedside cupboards on each side. There are lots of wardrobes and a number of 240v sockets. There is a sky light above the bed. Behind the bed is a concealed storage unit with racking - a handy little additional store.
