A VERY NICE EXAMPLE OF THIS CLASSIC CRUISER.
Access to Huntress is by stepping over the side in to the lovely traditional cockpit. The woodwork is in very good condition and well looked after. The helm is port side and the fridge is located under the helm seat. There is a navigator’s seat and a full width stern bench seat. The engine access is below the deck.
You then step down in to the main cabin. Again the first thing that strikes you is the lovely vibrant wood that Freeman enthusiasts will appreciate and how light and bright she is thanks to the large opening windows.
Stb is the galley which is equipped with an LPG 2 ring hob, grill and oven, sink with cold water supply, storage and work surface. Next is the Centre stb side is the toilet compartment. This requires a chemical loo to be supplied by the new owner. Opposite is the dinette which converts to a double berth and has storage beneath. This little boat is very cleverly designed and utilises space very well.
Next to the dinette is a large wardrobe with the classic Freeman bi folding door to provide a private fwd cabin.
Fwd is the good size ‘V’ berth which converts to a double berth with storage beneath and benefits from opening windows and the deck hatch.
Huntress really is a lovely example of this Great British Classic. Early viewing is strongly recommended.
