Hi From your photos and explaination Prosperity looks lovely and perhaps if be interested in viewing her. However I'm in London so.. Could you better explain her condition currently, outlining any immediate concerns there might be and forward the most recent survey you've had for Prosperity? Thanks Hannah

Prosperity is seaworthy and has just been taken out of the water for normal basic maintenance. We have never felt the need to survey Prosperity, because it has been fastidiously maintained by ourselves and several shipwright friends of ours. With the boat now on the hard it is the perfect time for anyone who wishes to arrange for a survey to do so. We felt a survey by us, the sellers, to be inappropriate at best, because the surveyor would be working for our interests and not those of any buyer.
