22ft Deben 4 tonner,
1938, bermuden cutter, construction pitch pine on oak, splined seems (wont have to be corked again) Yanmar 1GM engine, has beaching legs, 'Taylors' paraffin grill and two hobs.
She is a solid classical sailing yacht, made on the East coast, doubled up at midships, always turns heads when sailing, has two sleeping births up the fore peak, with Plough anchor and chain, 2 Births in the saloon, with chart table and galley.
Has full set of sails (main, stay sail, foresail and storm jib) approaite lifesaving equipment for her type of coastal sailing yacht.
These boats really are great, perfect for weekend sailing or relatively longish coastal cruising! Was sailed in the 1950s across the Atlantic and back and from Knowledge has had 4 owners all of which have looked after her well. Previous owner had an extensive refit done in 2008, had a new mast made, rigging, splined her and overall work carried out!
Currently lying in the Helford river, Cornwall
