    Dufour - 380 Grand Large (1/4 share)

Fantastic shared ownership opportunity of a 1/4 share in this new Dufour 380 GL, 2014 model - a new boat without the waiting or paying full cost!

She is the upgraded 3 cabin Adventure version, with a moabi mahogany wood interior, furling genoa, single line reefing mainsail, asymmetrical spinnaker gear including bowsprit, cockpit floor and transom in teak, opening cockpit port lights in both aft cabins, Corian galley countertops, huge top access refrigerator, hot and cold pressured water, holding tank, 220v shore power with outlets in each cabin and saloon, 2 burner stove with oven, microwave, 2 x i70 Raymarine display in cockpit and a 1.6m shoal draft keel. Additional equipment (plotter, VHF, liferaft) to be included in price (details to be confirmed). Full manufacturer's warranties, commissioning and VAT also included.

It is planned that the yacht will be based at Titchmarsh Marina, but she could easily be based elsewhere locally on the East Coast. Potential partners must have RYA Day Skipper qualification or equivalent in experience. RYA training can be arranged for those with less experience.

The cost of annual mooring, maintenance and insurance, as well as access to an on-line booking system (to ensure fair allocation of weeks, swapping your allocation and to enable you to message other shareholders) will be INCLUDED for the first year, but will be payable pro-rata to shareholding annually thereafter. Annual costs are estimated at £6000, so in that case you would only pay £1500. Basically, you get the yacht the equivalent of 1 week in 4 or 12 weeks a year (assuming 4 weeks for maintenance). Weeks can be swapped using the on-line booking system and owners can even sail together.
