All ETAP yachts are being built as per ETAP.s unique double skinned construction. This makes them unsinkable, provides extra hull stiffness, insulates hull and deck to ensure almost condensation-free cabins and gives a unique interior finish.

Hull to deck connection
The tension in the standing rigging is taken up by stainless steel tie rods on shroud plates in the hull; double securing of the hull to deck connection:
The deck is first mechanically fixed to the hull and then bonded by means of reinforced polyester resin;

( Ø 3 mm);
Mainsail and jib halyard with D-shackle;
Main sheet and 2 jib sheets;
Partially battened mainsail (15.50 m²) with a free foot, a rounded leech, 2 sets of reefing points and ETAP-logo;
the two upper battens extend from leech to luff, the two lower battens are shorter;
Removable lazy-bag with integrated lazy jacks - optional;
Genoa 115 % (8.40 m2); both sails are fitted with tell-tales and leech tensioners.

2 solid water tanks (2 x 10 l), transportable, located in the forepeak; a hand pump supplies water to the sink.
ETAP-tandem keel - draught 0.70 m;
Mounting of the keel into a keel housing, forming an integral part of the hull and inner hull, resulting that the keel forces are maximally transferred onto the hull; keel is bolted through; stainless steel counter plates are mounted in the hull.
2 monolithic rudders with continuous fibreglass reinforcements;
Skin fittings in brass or stainless steel, with fast-closing ball valves;
Reinforced hoses are attached with double stainless steel hose clamps.
Ventilation & daylight
1 sliding hatch and 1 round acrylic outward-opening hatch on deck;
2 fixed windows in coach roof - optional.
Furniture in laminate, which is more resistant to scratches and moisture, in light walnut;
Maintenance-friendly and durable polyester inner deck eliminating the need for waterproof decorating materials;
Removable dark coloured oak floorboards in laminate;
Companionway with foldaway tread with non-slip panel;
Cushions in matching colours;
Standing headroom at companionway: 142 cm.
2 long sofas (200 x 60 cm) to port and starboard, also to be used as berths; stowage lockers under each sofa; open stowage space is provided behind the sofas at port and starboard;
Saloon table is put on a removable leg; also to be used as a cockpit table, to be stowed under the cockpit.
Fixed galley in light walnut laminate with stowage space and cutlery tray;
