    Nauticat 40, built in Finland by Nauticat, designed by Sparkman and Stephens. has a GRP hull and Teak Deck,  Wheel steering in Cockpit and Wheelhouse.  'Northern Way' The ultimate motor sailer, exceptionaly well built, safe and easy to handle. Ideal for ocean passagemaking or coastal cruising.  The present owner has carried out regular updates since 1999.The vessel has been well cared for, is generously equipped and very spacious.

    ACCOMMODATION

    Accommodation comprises 8 berths in three cabins, 3 double berths and 2 singles with two heads. 6'+ headroom with 6'4" in the main saloon.

    The substantial internal wood work is in good condition and the layout is practicle and comfortable.

    Deck Saloon Cabin - 'U' shapped seating area with table (seating for 6) to port and helm position and navstation to starboard. The deck saloon is light and airy being surrounded with large side windows and front screen giving allround views.

    Galley - Large well appointed galley situated to port in the lower section of the forward, accessed via two steps from the deck saloon. Double sink with pressurised H & C pressurised water system. Separate manual fresh water system opperated via foot pump. Plenty of general storage in lockers and cupboards.

    Lower saloon - Situated opposite the galley is a large 'U' shapped seating area with central table. The table will lower to form a double berth.
