    Dunstons of Hessle - Converted Harbour Launch

    Converted 11.0m Harbour Launch originally built by Dunstons of Hessle for commercial use.  Original description - The 11.0m Harbour Launch is a slow speed vessel specifically designed for arduous hard-bow duties and is sometimes fitted out as a diving vessel. It is of steel construction with round bilge hull and substantial protection. The layout provides a large open well deck forward, a 2 berth cabin amidships with galley and heads, the wheelhouse aft and single diesel engine mounted aft with 'Vee' drive to the propeller.

    Built by Dunstons of Hessle and constructed in Steel for commercial use. Now converted she has a lot of character and is an able sea going boat.


    2 x single bunk style berths lying thwart ships in the forward accommodation cabin. Opposite the berths is a 'L' shaped seating/dinning area with table. Outboard to starboard is the galley with sink and cooker. There is also a heads with toilet bowl.

    Perkins 6354 (T6.354m) 87hp @ 2150rpm. Diesel engine with 'Vee' drive.

    Large front well deck secured with solid stanchion rail. Raised central access hatch to under deck storage area. The void area under deck is huge and ideal for storing all types of ships gear. 

    • Access to the main cabin is from this deck.

    Narrow side decks with safety grab rails leads to aft deck secured by wrap round stanchions.

    • Access to the pilot house is from this deck.

    Pilot house with watertight bulkhead door leading to the engine room. All ships services are located here. The engine room gives good all round access for engine maintenance.


    • 6 fenders and 6 warps.
    • 2.8m inflatable dinghy.
    • 4hp Mariner outboard. Last serviced 2014.
    • Simpson & Lawrence anchor windlass.
