All upholstery in hard wearing Hallberg Rassy Ting 10 (gold) deluxe fabric. All interior woodwork in light mahogany matt silk finish. The cabin floor is varnished wood with inlaid holly stripes. All ceilings have ivory headlining with mahogany stripes. Under berth boards unvarnished, well ventilated to avoid condensation. Hull sides lined in varnished mahogany strips to provide ventilation and avoid fittings and furnishings damage from condensation. Jandina is carpeted throughout with beige removable carpets. Lifting backrests reveal extra stowage and a wider sleeping berth (with recessed reading light). Lee cloths to both settee berths. Between the settees is a drop-leaf table with bottle stowage in centre section. Ventilation through opening portholes, skylight and 2 ventilation cowls with dorade boxes. Vion clock and Vion barometer. Pioneer stereo radio/CD player with Infinity reference stereo speakers flush fitted to bulkhead.
U – shaped galley is to port with working surfaces in white laminate with all round mahogany fiddle rail. Insulated icebox with Isotherm 12v refrigeration unit with Danfoss compressor. Stainless steel double sink with matching worktop covers. Crockery locker and cutlery drawer. Set of drawers & storage cupboards. Bread board. Waste bin. WALKTHROUGH TO AFT CABIN:
There is a large sealed 2-door access to the engine room in the walkthrough. On the outboard side of the walkthrough there is a hanging locker.
The aft cabin has a hanging locker to starboard a single and a double berth. Foam mattresses. Stowage room below and above. Mirror. Seat between the berths. Single berth has lee cloth (excellent sea berth). Ventilation through opening portholes, skylight and Electrolux-type ventilator.
WATER & HEATING:
Pressurised water system with 2 litre pressure equalising tank and a 40 litre insulated hot water cylinder with mains electric emersion heater and a heat exchanger. Hot and cold to galley and heads via mixer taps. The galley sink has additionally a manual fresh water foot operated pump to a cold tap and a sea water foot operated pump to a sea water tap.
Warm air heating supplied by Webasto Airtop 3500 Diesel 3.5kW unit sited in the engine room. Outlets in saloon, forward cabin, heads compartment and aft cabin. All outlets, except in the saloon, can be regulated separately. Thermostat sensor in saloon.
