Mainsheet Traveller Arch

Designed to eliminate the possibility of injury from the boom or mainsheet and to provide efficient control of the mainsail via a very short mainsheet. In addition they enhance safety further by providing a strong grab handle and anchor points for all of the crew. Furthermore they act as a superb support for all over cockpit enclosures, canopies and biminis.

The Twin Bilge Keel Benefit

This keel configuration allows the boats to sit on a mud berth or in tidal harbours and estuaries where the moorings have reduced depth. This keel configuration designed by Hunter Legend has been proven to perform as well as the standard fin keel models.

The B&R Rig

The B&R (Belgstrom & Ridder) rig has numerous benefits and was developed for use on performance 'round the world' race boats. The mast with swept back spreaders allows for a broad 'tripod' base creating an immensely strong rig with greatly reduced stress on the hull. The need for a backstay is eliminated allowing a longer boom and bigger more efficient mainsail. This in turn makes for effortless sailing with the mainsail generating the majority of the sail power.

In-mast furling system

Furlex jib furling system

Doyle main and jib

Spinnaker halyard

Rod kicker

LED mast-head light

Owner's Comments

Since purchasing Paxi Moon II new in late October 2011, she has been our pride and joy. She has been used mainly for weekend sailing, with an annual 2 weeks going further afield on our holidays. We added high specification electronics from new and as we looked to expand our sailing season, added a cockpit tent (from Quay Sails Poole) and the Webasto heater (fitted by Keto Marine Poole). She is very comfortable, sails well and is very easy to handle short handed. The reason for selling is to purchase a larger Legend.
