The Island Packet 485 is coming from a yard that is highly regarded for building strong, seaworthy sailboats that are tuned to the cruising sailor's needs. The center-cockpit model offers balanced sailing performance on all courses and conditions, a roomy and luminous interior and enough storage space to keep a cruising family comfortable for months. Her moderate draft allows for access to wider range of cruising grounds.
“Andante of Mersey” is still in her first ownership and comes fully equipped to go for another circumnavigation or any blue water trip. She is well looked after by her knowledgeable owner and has only seen private use. Owner´s cabin aft with ensuite heads compartment with separate shower stall, a VIP double cabin forward, a third cabin that offers 2 to 3 more berth, a second heads and separate shower stall compartment and 3 more berths in the spacious saloon offer all options: She would be equally suitable to sail her with a crew up to 10 or use her for long blue water trips by a couple or family with occasional guests on board. .
