This late built Westerly Fulmar 32 is in our opinion, probably the best available on the market, having had an absolute fortune spent on her in the past 4 years. She has had a new stackpack, spray hood & tonneau cover, new batteries, new saloon upholstery, her hull pealed, re-epoxied & copper coat applied. She has had her keel dropped, blasted & re-fitted, all new sea cocks & skin fittings, her Eberspacher heater stripped & serviced, her windows removed, re-glazed & re-sealed & her saloon headlining replaced. She has had her Mast removed, rig inspected, new VHF radio, new mast antenna, new log, depth & wind transducers, new tri-colour, new 125% head sail & new toilet. In 2014, she had a reconditioned engine fitted with new exhaust, strainer, pipework, cutlass bearing & splitter. Known as a fast well built 6 berth cruiser, this particular Westerly Fulmar does not disappoint & must be seen to be appreciated.

In our opinion, this Westerly Fulmar is a boat that has clearly been loved and cared for by her current owners who have spent a lot of money on her in the past 4 years. This includes fitting a fully re-conditioned engine, stripping back the hull and applying new epoxy and copper coat & replacing all her sea cocks, skin fittings and transducers. She has also had some new electronics fitted, a new head sail & her mainsail and stack pack have been adjusted to be loose footed with a new Kevlar halyard. Internally, her saloon has had complete new dark blue upholstery and new headlinings and she now offers a modern, bright & spacious area in which to socialise. Built in 1988 she is one of the later built versions of the 435 of this type that were constructed. With 6 berths, a good size galley & separate heads down below, coupled with a spacious cockpit & wide side decks, this is a very comfortable boat to spend time aboard.
When it was originally conceived, the Westerly Fulmar was a performance cruiser that was unequalled at the time and was used by many skippers in training for the Americas Cup. To this day, she is still a very versatile yacht, that offers a good turn of speed whilst having the space & accommodation for family cruising. This particular Fulmar has had loads of recent work, meaning that she is ready to go to her next home where she should offer her new owner years of fun and enjoyment on the water.
This Westerly Fulmar has all the space, styling & grace expected of this respected Marque and will make a great addition to any family. She is currently lying Southampton.
