Fantastic sea keeping ability for this size boat (same hull as the Arrowbeau which is renowned for its sea keeping ability) and really stable at rest.
Superb performance from the four cylinder Mercury 115 2-stroke that benefits from shutting off two cylinders below 1800rpm so is ideal for fishing and trolling. These engines are very reliable and also light weight which makes them a good match for the boat. Before I purchased this boat I did look at another one with a four stroke engine but it seemed too heavy for the hull and it didn't seem well balanced.
The trailer is made by a company called Satellite and seems very similar to a Brenderup. It is a really heavy duty roller trailer and the winch has two gears.
I purchased the boat in July from a dealer in Cornwall and am now only selling due to a change in circumstance. It is ideal for skiing, wakeboarding and fishing; is really roomy for a 17.5ft boat; really stable at rest; easy to get in and out of and small enough and light enough to be easy to launch and tow. I paid £5,300 for it and have the invoice from the sale in July 2016. The dealer said it is probably the cleanest original Malibu in the country and I believe him.
