Broker’s Comments Inspe presents an extremely rare opportunity to purchase a Dutch barge which allows for waterside living and travel. She is currently moored in one of the best moorings one would ever want which is within The Saltings , a medieval marsh which forms part of the beautiful River Hamble estuary that flows through Old Burseldon. The area has been designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest owing to its unique variety of flora, fauna and birdlife, including waders, herons, egrets, redshanks and curlew. The mooring offers a quite and serene setting alongside ancient oak woodland and a myriad of creeks and inlets which provide an exceptional landscape of natural beauty and an ever changing backdrop. This mooring is situated within easy access of the M27/A27 road networks.
Inspe’s mooring can be continued with the purchase at a cost of £4000 per annum. We recommend a viewing to appreciate what this barge can offer. You don't have to just take our word for it either!
