Hanse has posted pre-tax profits of £3.9 million for the first three quarters of 2007 - effectively doubling its earnings compared with last year.
Turnover, meanwhile, for the Swedish yacht company has tripled to £43.7 million.
Principal driving factors behind the firm's improved performance are the streamlining of its yacht production process as well as increased sales of its products and record numbers of orders for the period.
The changes to the production process have enabled the company to increase output to 600 boats thus far this year, with production expected to reach over 1000 units by the end of the fiscal year 2007/08.
Meanwhile, the firm also announced that its Fjord 40 Open has been integrated into its assembly line but that the Fjord 40 Cruiser is undergoing modifications prior to its inclusion, which is anticipated to have taken place by autumn 2007.
Those interested in Hanse yachts can view its Hanse 430 model at Hamble Point Marina in Portsmouth.
