London Boat Show named 'exhibition of the year'

The Collins Stewart London Boat Show has been recognised as the best trade show of the year by the Trade Association Forum.
National Boat Shows and the British Marine Federation were presented with the Exhibition of the Year Award this week at the Trade Association Forum Best Practice Awards at the Millenium Hotel in Mayfair.
The Trade Association, commenting on the factors that influenced their decision, said that it was the innovative changes to the format of the show that had sealed its award.
It said: "The changes worked well and post-show feedback from visitors and exhibitors alike has been extremely positive."
Meanwhile, National Boat Shows managing director Andrew Williams said: "This is a fantastic accolade and reflects brilliantly on all those that worked so hard to bring about the changes we felt were necessary to reinvigorate the London Boat Show. I'd like to thank all of those responsible for delivering what was a very dynamic event."
