Ashland® Aropol™ marine type gelcoats and resins are used.

Deck and hull are bolted through the teak toerail and an in-turned hull flange in the hull, then bonded with structural adhesive and laminated underneath.
KEEL
Lead antimony deep fin with 14 x 316 SS “J” bolts cast in the keel.
The keel is bolted and attached to the hull using generous layer of structural adhesive forming a watertight seal between the hull and the keel.

GRP enclosed foam filled rudder construction based on the Jeffa steering system.
Cranked mahogany tiller with extension. (Optional steering wheel pedestal with steering wheel and compass). MAST & RIGGING
