Our Villa is probably the prettiest house in North West Cape Coral (SW Florida) and has been carefully designed as a luxury home in the sun. She was built Sep 2007 and furnished later in the year in time for Christmas. Her location in the quieter part of the cape on a wide canal with West facing aspect provides the perfect place to relax by the pool and admire the sunsets. The house has a host of features to ensure you have a great holiday and many wonderful memories. There is a spectacular master suite with Jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks, walk through wardrobe, TV and a four poster bed. There are two more bedrooms available (Queen and twin) each with its own luxury bathroom. During your stay, you can also enjoy the heated swimming pool with shallow beach splash area, the games room with Pool table, football and darts and a professional quality cross trainer exercise machine. The very spacious house also boasts a huge TV with cinema surround system and a DVD collection to enjoy while you relax in the reclining leather sofas.
There is a great choice of fishing in the Cape Coral area and good selection of guides. The Tarpon fishing is excellent May till October, Shark fishing excellent April onwards and the backwater fishing is excellent for full 12 months with a range of species. We have several excellent guides to ensure you have a memorable holiday. Golfing is excellent, a fraction of UK prices and on the doorstep. A weeks holiday accomodation for 3 couples sharing this luxury villa is from just £100 each plus taxes and cleaning.
