Marcita was built by Harry King sand Sons of Pin Mill in 1957. She has spent her life on the Orwell and has been acquired by Classic Sailing Club to keep her there.
Our aim is to preserve Britain's yachting history by allowing members to sail our lovely yachts. Join the Classic Sailing Club for £50 then by buying points you can enjoy a variety of bareboat sailing all year round for less than the cost of a marina berth. If you are not ready for bareboat charter you can also sail with other members on specially arranged trips or events.
