Charter boat at present. And would be converted to a house boat very cheaply,The vessel is very ecomomical @ full speed the vessel only burns 3/4 gallons an hour @ full speed,the vessel has just been on slip for hull paint check and replacement of anodes survey available,there is a dive lift fitted, compressor with bottle bank thes can be removed if not req'ed,also a 240v gen set is being fitted to vessel also she has just been recoded in March 08 the vessel has just had another bottom paint and repacking on stern tube very water tight. The vessel has 12 berths +2 crew behind the wheel house,also has 2 toilets and a shower. The vessel is oak on oak danish built,very strong and excellant condition.
