JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is looking to expand their team of Product Managers and Prototype development teams to produce pre-production models for some of the worlds leading production yachts
You will have small craft production management experience or management training with boat building experience.
The ability to manage and coordinate different teams and trades is essential.
A practical approach to finding and developing solutions will be required as will excellent communication skills
Design and development information is primarily in written and spoken English.
Fluency in English is a requirement
A good working knowledge of German will be beneficial.
Basic spoken German will be needed in day to day life at the very least.
SALARY
The outlined salary and package is dependant on the skills and experienced offered by the individual.
