DESCRIPTION
A safe and reliable popular sailing boat benefitting from new sails. Ideal starter boat.
When surveyed in April 2004, the boat was found to be in 'reasonable condition and to have been maintained' The items recommended for attention were rectified except for the anti-fouling which was not removed, although a new coat was applied.
A new mainsail was purchased in January 2005 and a new genoa in November 2006
Toilet inlet and outlet valves, engine inlet vave and sink outlet valve serviced April 2006
