Sandra J is a 56ft steel Dutch Barge built in 2004 by Trent valley Boats. She is powered by a Perkins Sabre diesel engine which has done only 90 hours.
The wheel house is at the rear and is easily dismantled when required and has seating to starboard. Steps from here lead to the full width galley with ‘U’ shaped worktops to starboard and worktop and cupboards to port. The galley is fully fitted with 5 hob burner, oven, grill, sink, drainer, fridge and washing machine. The large 17ft long open plan lounge is heated by a diesel fired Bubble stove and has double glazed windows. Comfortable seating is provided by a large armchair and settee that converts into a double bed for guests. Between the lounge and bedroom is the full width tiled floor bathroom. This has ample storage space to port, full size bath, shower, airing cupboard, washbasin, heated towel rail and macerator toilet.
Leading on from the bathroom is the master bedroom. Storage is provide to port and starboard, with wardrobe and drawers aft. A full size 4’6” double bed is fitted centrally. The bedroom has portholes for both privacy and security. Equipment Includes :
