Penny is a 50ft Cruiser Stern narrowboat built by Dave Clarke in 1996. The front deck is protected by a cratch and cover and the rear deck by a pram hood cover. Penny would make an ideal live aboard or for long term cruising..
Galley, approx 9’ 9”, is at the front of the boat and is set either side of the boat. The starboard worktop can be used as a breakfast bar with 2 high back stools and a side hatch for extra light and ventilation. The galley is fully equipped with Stainless Steel sink and drainer, full sized cooker, microwave, 3 way fridge and 12v beer fridge.
Lounge, approx 14’ 0”, is open plan with a 2 seat recliner settee and 2 foot stools. There is a drop leaf table under the starboard gunwhale. Heating is provided by a solid fuel stove with a display cabinet opposite with a TV/video unit and Digibox on top. To the rear is a wardrobe and free standing chest of drawers with a mini hi-fi system. Shower room, approx 5’ 6”, is complete with shower, wash basin, mirror and Thetford swivel casette toilet. Hot water is provided by a Rinnai water heater.
Rear Bedroom, approx 6’ 2”, has a fixed double berth with storage above and below, with a 15” flat screen TV fitted to the rear bulkhead.
