Elan is a 63ft Semi trad stern G & J Reeves shell fitted out by the previous owner in 2001. Internal modifications have been carried out by the existing owner and need completing.
The front deck is protected by a cratch and cover and the rear deck by a cover. Lounge, approx 10’ 10”, has an ‘L’ shaped dinette, storage to port and heating is provide by a solid fuel stove.
Galley, approx 7’ 4”, is ‘U’ shaped and is equipped with Stainless Steel sink and drainer, 4 burner hob, Vanette oven & grill and 12v fridge. A side hatch provides extra light and ventilation.
Bathroom, approx 5’ 0”, has a shower over the bath and wash basin. Hot water and heating for the bathroom and bedroom is provided b a Webasto diesel fired boiler.
Rear Bedroom, approx 11’ 9”, has a central bulkhead with space for a double berth, forward, and 2 bunk beds aft. Engine room, approx 5’ 10”. A superb Kelvin J3 is fitted centrally in the engine room and has an electric start and diesel day tank with a side hatch either side for extra ventilation. Rear Cabin, approx 6’ 0”, has cupboards and benches either side. The benches can be converted to a double berth.
