Berwick is a 48ft cruiser stern narrow boat built by George Marshall. She has been extensively and tastefully refitted by the owner. The cruiser stern is protected by a cratch and cover. The rear open plan lounge [Approx 10’ 6” Lg] has 2 settees and a coffee table with storage either side of the back door. Heating is provided by a solid fuel stove. The galley [Approx 7’ Lg] is set either side of the boat and is equipped with stainless sink & drainer, 240v larder fridge, ample storage and fittings for a gas cooker. The shower room [Approx 4’ 6” Lg] has a shower, wash basin and Thetford casette swivel toilet. The front bedroom [Approx 9’ 6” Lg] has a double berth with storage either side of the front doors. The front deck has a cover to protect against adverse weather conditions.
The hull has been replated this year by Cornwell industries at Langley Mill and a hull survey is available.
Berwick is suitable as a live aboard or for long term cursing.
