Jenala is a 45 ft Trad stern narrow boat built by Garston Engineering in 1990. She has recently been blacked and completely repainted.
The front deck has gas lockers either side and is protected by a cratch and cover. The Lounge [Approx 9’ Lg] has bench seating to port with storage underneath. This can be used as a single berth. Two easy chairs and a small coffee table are provided for comfort. Heating is provided by a solid fuel stove. There is also a TV corner cupboard to port.
The galley [ Approx 7’10” ] is ‘L’ shaped and comes fully equipped with enamel sink and drainer, full size cooker, Electrolux gas fridge and ample storage space. A drop leaf table with 4 fold away chairs enables comfortable dining. Hot water is provided by a Rinnai gas fired water heater.
The bathroom [Approx 5’ Lg] has a vanity unit with storage space for the Porta potti, hip bath and shower. Opposite is further hanging space for clothes.
The bedroom [Approx 6’ 6” Lg] has a fixed double berth with lace curtains and storage underneath. The starboard rear door leads to the engine room [Approx 3’ 9” Lg] with easy access to the engine and further hanging space for wet weather gear.
Jenala would make an ideal starter boat for exploring the inland waterway system.
