1978, GRP hull, deck and superstructure. Long Keel, Cutter rigged serious offshore cruising yacht, which has been immaculately maintained, with much new equipment and extras. Comfortable accommodation with 3 berths. Cabin heating. The forepeak is devoted to the electric heads and stowage. Fully equipped galley and forward facing chart table. This Vancouver 27 has had it's mast, boom and stainless steel rigging were all replaced in 2002. In-mast main furling and both foresails are on furling forestays. 20hp Bukh inboard diesel. Bowthruster. Electric anchor windlass. Osmosis treatment 2002. Tek-Dek deck. Radar, VHF/DSC, GPS, Navtex, Autohelm instruments. This is probably the nicest and best equipped Vancouver 27 around.
