RYA sail & powerboat training, North West England (VWS003)

Four Points West, Cumbria�s only RYA recognised coastal training centre for sail and power, runs all levels of RYA accredited courses, practical and shorebased. We pride ourselves on highest quality tuition with low pupil-instructor ratios, a friendly approach and all-inclusive fees (including home cooked meals). We can also provide informal tuition to meet individuals� needs and commercial packages to meet the requirements of organisations and their staff.

RYA training

We run all levels of courses in the RYA Sail Cruising scheme (tidal) and National Powerboat Scheme, throughout the year. Practical courses, range from 2-5 days for sailing and 1-2 days for powerboat, operating from Maryport on the Solway Firth (Cumbria) and Largs in the Firth of Clyde (South West Scotland).

Train in some great cruising grounds � Isle of Man, South West Scotland, Ireland and the North West coast. Our fees are highly competitive, fully inclusive of: All RYA certification, food, waterproofs, bedding, fuel, marina fees and other costs. No hidden extras!

Sailing course fees, per person, are:
2 day practical (sail) - �120
5 day practical (sail) - �325
5 day practical with exam - �325 +exam fees+ 1 day boat hire

Powerboat course fees, per person, are:
1 day - �95
2 days - �175

CEVNI & ICC (power and sail) - �120 full day ICC (with coastal endorsement); �20 CEVNI.assessment

Theory and shorebased courses very competitive �140 pp usually set over 3 alternate weekends, for a including lunch and refreshments.

Other shorebased courses are: Radio, First Aid, Sea Survival, Diesel Engine Maintenance. Prices start from �45 pp.
