Galley/ Saloon:
Fresh water system: 2 x stainless steel freshwater tanks installed in the aft lazarette, connected by a balancing hose with an isolator valve. There is also a hot water calorifier with a 230v heating element and heating loop which is installed on the starboard side of the engine compartment.
Fresh water is pumped to the galley sink and heads vanity basin by a 12v pressure pump switched on at the main switch panel.
There is also a 40-gallon stainless- steel black (holding) water tank fitted beneath the forward fore cabin berth & this tank can be pumped overboard with use of as deck pump.
Gas Installation:
Plastimo Bainbridge 4500 cooker wit double hob & grill
2 x 4.5Kg Propane bottles installed in dedicated locker on port side of the cockpit with overboard drain.
Flexible supply hoses installed & tested 2013

Electrical System:
LED lighting though out boat.
Electrical system is 12v, charged by the engine alternator with trickle charge supplemented from a Blue Power 12v/20a battery charger ( installed Jan 2018) with a new Solar Technology 100wp /10ah solar panel fitted in August 2018. (See photos on bottom of page 6).
2 x 12v batteries are in their dedicated battery boxes in the engine compartment on the portside.
Electrical system is isolated by butterfly type isolator switches fitted to the portside saloon seating and distributed by switches at the helm position.
Also fitted is a 230v shore power system with a connection point on the starboard side of the cockpit.
The system is distributed through an RCD fuse consumer unit in the starboard side cockpit coaming locker .
Also includes a socket outlet and hot water heating element in the calorifier tank.
Accommodation: 3 berths in 2 cabins
Double V berth forward cabin with central removable insert, storage lockers.

On portside at base of companion way to the forward of the dining area.

The cockpit is fitted with a very large opening central sole hatch with supporting gas struts giving access to the aft lazarette and stern gear and stuffing box with inside the coamings.
Fitted is a large bench seat with aft lockers beneath giving plenty of storage.
Ground Tackle:
1 x 10kg (approx.) Bruce type anchor attached to a length of 8mm galvanised chain & warp.
The chain and warp are stored in the anchor locker which is accessed through the fore cabin.

February 2020- Supply and fit internal hatch trim + screen
March 2020- Free-up sliding doors rollers
August 2020- Replace 2 x batteries with Yuasa 100amp + battery fittings
December 2020- Cleaned inside/out & antifouled so ready for next season
