This is a 47 ft GEM Class Narrowboat Explorer 47 by MCC-Stenson Boatbuilders.
Commission date 17 May 2004.
Engine is a Barrus Shire 1300.
A mikuni diesel fired heater is installed in the engine bay, heating a hot water cylinder and two radiators in the cabin.
The hot water cylinder also has an imersion heater working off shore power.
There is a double berth
Toilet (chemical toilet & sink),
Kitchen with sink, fridge, gas cooker (4 rings, grill & oven)
Dinette seating area that converts into a second double.
Two Renogy solar panels are fitted
4 x 110 amp house batteries and 1 x starter battery.
Victron battery monitor, mppt charge controller and shunt.
Sterling 240v inverter, the main panel allows switching between shore power and the inverter.
Rockabilly has an up to date boat safety certificate (renewed last October).
Some work was done to restore the paint last year, with new non slip paint in the cratch, cabin roof, and cockpit.
The last survey was when I bought the boat in August 2018.

The Mikuni diesel heater has been serviced along with new glow heater, new fuel pump and installation of an in-line fuel filter.
