Due to COVID 19 and Ano Domini, I am reducing the asking price of IOS (isles of Scilly) by £3000 to £14,250 ONO sold as is where is. The extremely cheap safe secure south coast river mooring is paid till next summer and it is possible to extend! She has (yacht style) large padded wheel steering on a stainless pedestal with back up tiller. The full battened mainsail and blade-style jib have seen little use since new but will need a clean. The cruising shute in its sock launcher has been used a couple of times only. To control the sails single-handed she has powerful winches self-tailing for the mainsail and a 3 speed Lemar 48 for the slab reefing. There are also numerous rope clutches.

The 9.9 high thrust electric start Yamaha engine is a beauty with few hours use but is now due for new spark plugs (supplied) fresh oil and filter inc fuel (filters supplied) and gearbox oil change though it is fully operational as is. LED's throughout apart from the switch to red internal night lights. The cooker was new 3 years ago and is gas safe. There is an LPG alarm onboard. There are 2 x 85 AH leisure batteries (3 years old). They keep up to 13.3 v with the solar charger. The 3rd 85 AH cranking battery was US and could be replaced. However, the engine starts well on the two! The sea toilet was new at the same time. The antifoul is spent but I endeavour to keep the bottom clean so could wait for next season to re-coat. Currently, I am applying further coats of Le-tonkinoise Tung varnish when I can get to her. There are two small areas of surface damage on the port hull (see pictures) one that needs fairing and the other requires a light gel fill which I hope to deal with on my next visit. She sails really well comparing well to windward even. Both mattresses were new memory foam 3 years ago. I have downsized to a 23ft which is easier for me now. I have tried to be as accurate and open as possible but feel free to message me with any further questions you have?
