A Harry Sealey of Tynmouth 18 Footer. Lady M was the last built of its class in 1968 by Harry Sealeys yard at the Point in Tynmouth. Full provenance is with the her, with pictures of the family and Lady M just after completion.
18 footer describes the waterline, the hull being 20ft overall with a 7ft 3" beam. The hull is clinker Varnished Mahogany with Rock Elm ribs, and is built very substantially. The hull is in a very good condition and a recent survey is available to confirm this. Being very beamy she is exceptionally stable and therefore very safe and dry with her high freeboard. Propulsion is by a dependable Yanmar 2GM20 2 cylinder diesel, which will comfortably move her at about 7kts all day long. The engine has been serviced regularily and starts first time every time. To reduce vibration the Yanmar is mounted on hydraulic mounts. Lady M comes complete with a full cover by Steve Goacher Sails, which is in very good condition, also a anchor & chain and a fish finder, plus various fenders etc.
She is lying under cover in self isolation on Windermere, in a boathouse where she has lived for many years. Lady M has been priced very competitively and priced to sell and is very good value for money, so only serious enquiries please....Read full description
