Midsummer II was very favourably reviewed by Duncan Kent in the January 2016 Yachting Monthly (contact seller for details). She is a fine modern classic yacht designed for fast cruising by Sparkman and Stephens, famous US naval architects for Swan Nautor and many Americas cup, Fastnet and Sydney-Hobart winning yachts. There is a survey from April 2016 for insurance purposes only - passed with flying colours, available to see.
She is very well equipped, see the following list, which is abridged. For the complete list please contact the seller.

Viewing is welcome with the owner where she is laid-up ashore at Thornham Marina just outside Emsworth on the West Sussex side of the border with Hampshire.

Midsummer is in excellent condition, very well equipped and regularly updated.
Ideally suited to a new Day Skipper or the well experienced, she is very sea kindly and easy to sail, having roller reefing on both main and foresail. Duncan Kent says in his YM article she can easily be sailed single handed.
Her shallow draught with the centreboard up allows her to enter places like Christchurch Harbour and with the centre-board down she sails well to windward.
