    Accommodation
    The Broom 33 offers comfortable sleeping accommodation for up to five in two cabins plus the saloon, with generous headroom throughout. AFT CABIN: Superbly designed and ideal for long term cruising, the aft cabin is fitted with a large offset island double berth, vanity unit and mirror, and excellent storage in two wardrobes, various lockers and shelves. There is access to the en suite to starboard whilst good light and ventilation. EN SUITE: The lined en suite compartment is to starboard and fitted with an Marine Jabsco toilet, wash basin, separate shower area, mirror, cupboard and opening window. SALOON: Featuring a large seating area to starboard (currently can be used as an occasional berth or a double berth conversion could be created) with storage and dining table, with plenty of storage cupboards and seat to port with the helm seat forward. Excellent natural light and ventilation from the large windows. Access via stairs to the aft deck and steps down to the aft cabin and forward to the galley, day heads and forecabin.  GALLEY: U-shaped galley to starboard fitted with Corian work surfaces and equipped with a three burner gas hob with separate oven and grill beneath, microwave oven, front loading 12v fridge, double stainless steel sink, ample storage and opening portlight. FORECABIN: Fitted with twin V berth with infill to make a large double, mirror, hanging locker to port, beneath berth storage, bulkhead overhead storage locker, opening hatch to foredeck and two portlights. HEADS: Separate compartment to port with Jabsco marine toilet, wash basin, mirror and cupboard. GENERAL EQUIPMENT: Light Cream upholstery (new 2011) with complimenting blue carpets and curtains throughout. Hot and cold pressurised water system throughout via a calorifier with immersion coil. Eberspacher diesel fired heating system to all cabins and the cockpit.  EXTERIOR: Helm & navigators position forward to starboard, well laid out with excellent all-round visibility and controls immediately at hand. Large cockpit area with two forward-facing seats which can swivel to face aft. Ample cockpit stowage in various lockers. Walk-through access to stern with ladder down to the integrated bathing platform. Folding radar arch (minimum air draught 9ft 6in / 2.90m)
    Mechanical Systems
    Located under the saloon sole, twin Volvo Penta TAMD 41A six-cylinder 200hp turbocharged diesel engines. Freshwater cooled via heat exchangers. Morse type single lever controls with electric start at each helm. Hydraulic wheel steering at each helm. Shaft drive to 3-bladed propellers. Twin stainless steel 360 litre fuel tanks. Full engine instrumentation. Engine bay electric heaters with thermostat for winter protection. Adjustable trim tabs with indicator gauge. The engines appear to be in very good cosmetic condition and have been regularly used and maintained by her current owner. Vetus bow thruster. 
    Electrical Systems
    4 x 12v Domestic batteries and 2 x 12v engine batteries (all new 2016), all charged via engine alternators. Shorepower system with ring mains, immersion coil for water heating and Sterling pro charge Ultra 40 amp smart multi-stage battery charger. Inverter for providing mains power whilst away from shorepower. cabin lighting. Electrical distribution panel with circuit breakers.
