The layout offers six berths in three double sleeping cabins separate from the main accommodation. There is full standing headroom throughout. Forepeak: Large double berth with stowage under. Hanging locker. Opening hatch to foredeck. En-suite heads compartment to port with Jabsco marine toilet, shower head and washbasin plus storage. Opposite to starboard separate shower compartment. Saloon: Consisting of a C-shaped seating area to port , drop leaf table with storage, settee berth opposite and lots of eye-level lockers for easily accessed storage. Located beneath the companionway, Volvo D2-55B 55hp 4-cylinder marine diesel engine. Freshwater cooled via heat exchanger. Single lever controls with electric start. Rev counter. Saildrive to fixed 3-bladed propeller. Sidepower bow thruster. The engine has run for just approx 160hrs from new and appears to be in excellent cosmetic condition. Serviced annually by Volvo main agents.

Elan 434 Impression built in 2007 by Elan Yachts to a design by Rob Humphreys. Dark blue GRP hull with white style stripes, superstructure and decks with moulded non-slip surfaces. Premier pack including teak laid cockpit seats, cockpit sole, bathing platform and teak pushpit seats. Cast iron fin keel. Wheel steering to spade hung rudder. Aft self-draining cockpit.
