The accommodation offers 5 berths in 3 cabins with approx. max 6'3" headroom. Interior finished with high gloss cherry woodwork with contrasting cream bulkhead, teak and holly effect sole boards, upgraded Napoli blue upholstery and complimenting curtains. FORECABIN: Fitted with a generous double V berth, hatch to foredeck and large hanging lockers and cupboards to port and starboard. SALOON: Consisting of a U-shaped settee and dining table to starboard which can be used as a single berth with twin seats either side of the chart table opposite to port. Good stowage provided beneath seating and in eye level lockers. Entertainment provided by a stereo system with radio, USB input and CD player, with omnidirectional masthead TV aerial and signal booster. GALLEY: Aft to starboard and equipped with a stainless steel gimballed 2-burner gas cooker with oven, twin stainless steel sinks, large fridge and ample storage in various lockers and drawers. Access to the aft storage locker, also accessible via the cockpit. HEADS: Aft to port with marine toilet, wash basin, separated shower area and stowage. AFT CABIN: Fitted with a longitudinal double berth, hanging locker and storage cupboard. Hot and cold pressurised water throughout via a calorifier with immersion coil. Located abaft companionway, Yanmar 3YM30 29hp 3-cylinder marine diesel engine. Freshwater cooled via heat exchanger. Single lever controls with electric start. Stainless steel 140L fuel tank. Yanmar SD1 saildrive (new gaiter 2018) with Ambassador Stripper rope cutter to Darglow Featherstream feathering 3-bladed propeller (new August 2018). Vetus 60KGF bow thruster installed by Fox's Boatyard in 2011. The engine has been regularly serviced, with the last professional service in January 2019 ready for the coming season. In June 2016 the engine had a replacement stainless steel exhaust elbow and the heat exchanger descaled during a professional service. The hourmeter failed in 2009 (common fault) but the hours are estimated to be around 2,200hrs based off the log and usage (six seasons of extended cruising at around 250hrs per season and six seasons of local cruising at around 120hrs). The engine appears to be in good condition and has proved very reliable throughout the owner's use.

Hanse 370 built in 2006 by Hanse Yachts to a Judel & Vrolijck design. Light grey GRP hull with style stripes, white GRP superstructure and decks with non-slip surfaces. Copper coated beneath the waterline in 2014. Teak laid cockpit seats. Lead (with steel reinforcing) shallow draft fin keel. Wheel steering to spade hung rudder with emergency tiller system. Self-draining aft cockpit.
