The accommodation offers up to five berths in two cabins. In the forecabin, V berth with infill and stowage under. Opening hatch to deck. Separate heads to port with marine toilet. In saloon, dinette to port, converting to double berth, with settee berth opposite. Saloon table with drop leaves. Galley to port with Taylors two burner paraffin hob with warming oven. Stainless steel sink with manually pumped water supply.
Located under the cockpit, Beta Marine three cylinder 25hp diesel engine, installed new in 2009. 190 hours running time. Electric start. Freshwater cooled via heat exchanger. Shaft drive to three bladed propeller. Single lever control. 26 litre fuel capacity giving approximately 120 mile range at 5 knot cruising speed. Last service 2020.

Built in 1973 by Reg Patten to his own design. Iroko clinker planking on oak frames. Copper fastened. Sheathed Pitch Pine deck with painted non-slip. Painted hull with varnished coamings. Aft cockpit. Long keel with bilge keels. Transom hung rudder. Tiller steering. LOA is approx 30ft with bowsprit, 27ft on deck. Coppercoat antifouling system. 2016 survey.
