The accommodation offers six berths in two cabins with 6ft max. headroom. Forecabin with two overlapping single berths, storage areas and opening hatch to foredeck. Saloon with U-shaped dinette to port which can convert to a double berth, settee opposite and various storage lockers. Galley to port equipped with a SMEV two burner gimballed gas cooker with grill and oven, stainless steel sink, Coolbox with compressor and storage areas. Cutlery and crockery included. Chart table and internal helm position to starboard with electrical distribution panel. Quarter berth aft to port. Separate heads compartment with Jabsco marine toilet, shower and washbasin. Pressurised cold water system throughout and a 25 litre holding tank. Cream cotton upholstery with complementing blue carpet and curtains.

Located behind the companionway, Bukh 2-cylinder 24hp inboard diesel engine (new 2003). Seawater cooled. Single lever controls with electric start at cockpit helm. Shaft drive with rope cutter to 3-bladed propeller. Plastic fuel tank. The engine was last serviced in March 2019 and has been serviced annually by local marine engineers. The current engine hours are showing at 686. The engine appears in excellent cosmetic condition and has proved reliable in present ownership.

Southerly 95 built by Northshore Yachts Ltd 1982. Light blue coloured GRP hull, white superstructure and decks with moulded non-slip surfaces. Cast iron keel box profiled to hull shape as a grounding plate. Hydraulically operated keel mechanism. Wheel steering in cockpit and at wheelhouse helm to skeg hung rudder. Self draining cockpit. Teak cockpit grating.
