About this Boat
This Birchwood 25 has it’s original gel coat to the hull and superstructure, the fixed part of the roof has a winter cover. All covers are in good condition. the cockpit has seating down the side and along the transom, with a fixed wooden table in the centre, this will turn into a double, summer berth. There is a pilot and co pilot seat with lots of room for all passengers to be together. Inside the cabin is spacious with a wide companion way, the dinette has a table which will fold down to a double berth. The galley folds neatly down when not in use, lift the panels and there is a stainless sink with hot and cold water, a gas 4 hob burner and underneath is a grill and oven. The small electric fridge is under the dinette seating. There is Propex gas heating in the cabin. The separate toilet has a sea toilet and a shower, with a fold down hand basin.
