This is a unique boat with a bespoke fit-out, drawing many admiring comments, particularly for the kitchen area, stove, and woodwork. Insulation is unusually high-spec for a narrowboat. The intention was to re-paint and complete a few minor jobs before selling, but lack of time means I've decided put her on the market at a lower price.
Fully insulated wooden top with 30mm celotex enveloping the sides and roof, so as to eliminate cold bridges. All windows are double-glazed, and all can be removed from the frames. Window frames are carved Birch-ply.
The roof is an EPDM rubber membrane, and incorporates filtered rainwater collection at the stern.
Sides are birch ply, with hardwood detailing.
    Walk-through (from bow to stern):
Main access is a relatively large oak door into the living & kitchen area. Desk & shelves on the starboard. Centered in the room is a 3-seat sofa/bed, opposite the stove. The multi-fuel stove is one of two made to this type by John Packer - a high-efficiency design with various convection heating channels. The kitchen consists of Art Deco style carved birch-plywood drawer/cabinets with slate worktops, a recessed sink with water filter on the cold tap, 12v fridge, and gas cooker.
A door opens to the bathroom, with full-sized acrylic bath, small bowl sink and pump-out toilet. Another door leads to the bedroom, with a double bed and wardrobe/drawers.
Past the bedroom is a small room housing the battery bank and electrical equipment, and steps leading to the stern via the solid hardwood hatch & double doors.
Eberspacher air heater in the bedroom, plus a small catalytic gas heater.
    Paloma water heater.
    12v Waeco fridge.
    Thermostat regulated shower.
'Traveler' toilet linked to pump-out tank.
Rangemaster gas cooker – jetted for propane.
2x 11kg propane tanks in front gas locker.
    12v LED lighting throughout.
240v mains circuit switchable between shoreline and inverter input.
