I am selling 2no x 33% shares in my beautiful family RIB, she is a 2012 XPRO with a 70hp Yamaha outboard, sitting on a Extreme road trailer.

A 1/3rd share entitles you to 17 WEEKS USAGE.

Week Allocation......Each shareholder selects one week per month for a 12 month period. For the remaining 16 weeks - shareholder 1 picks a week, then shareholder 2 selects a week, then shareholder 3 selects a week, this continues in rotation until all 16 weeks are taken. The order of shareholder selection is based on longest serving. Each year the order changes, no 1 goes to the bottom and others jump up one place.

In May 2020 I replaced all the cushioning with NEW Graphite Silverlux upholstery, plus I have added an extra NEW bench seat and a NEW made to measure cover.

The rib will be located in the SALCOMBE/ KINGSBRIDGE area, and can be used in the surrounding waters. All shareholders must have experience of boating, and be prepared to attain RYA level 2 or BWS SBD 2.

There is a draft syndicate agreement in place which outlines the weeks selection process, and other points to to protect the boat and our investment.

A 1/3rd share will cost £4,950.00, plus circa. £400.00 per year to cover insurance, boat storage, slipway use and estimated maintenance costs.
