    This Beneteau Oceanis 36CC 'Mulfran' is an excellent example of these popular family cruisers with an excellent inventory including diesel fired heating, bow thruster and electric windlass. The spacious interior offers ample storage space, two comfortable double cabins with additional saloon berths and an excellent galley ideal for extended cruising and longer periods aboard.     Accommodation
    The Beneteau Oceanis 36CC accommodation offers up to six berths in three cabins with approximately 6'4" maximum headroom. FORECABIN: Double V berth with stowage beneath, shelves, two hanging lockers and opening hatch to foredeck. SALOON: A light and comfortable space fitted with an L-shaped settee to port and a single settee berth to starboard either side of a central table with folding leaves and storage. Further storage beneath berths and in various lockers with lots of natural light and ventilation provided by various opening portlights, hatches and fixed windows. GALLEY: A large linear galley runs aft along the port side equipped with a 2-burner gas cooker with oven, twin stainless steel sinks, large fridge, freezer and excellent stowage and worktop space. CHART TABLE: The forward facing chart table, located to starboard, is of a good size and has navigation equipment, an electrical distribution panel and storage areas. HEADS: Aft to starboard is the heads compartment which can be accessed from the saloon or aft cabin and is fitted with a marine toilet, shower, washbasin and storage. AFT CABIN: Access to the spacious aft cabin is via the galley walkway or the heads and has a large double berth offset to starboard, with a curved settee opposite, hanging lockers, opening hatch to aft deck and en suite access to the heads compartment. GENERAL EQUIPMENT: Large 420 litre water capacity supplying hot and cold pressurised water to galley and heads via a calorifier with immersion coil. Eberspacher diesel fired warm air heating system. LCD TV and CD/radio stereo system. Green and white striped upholstery with matching curtains. Attractive teak finish interior with moulded white headlinings and teak and holly sole boards. Ample stowage throughout for extended periods on-board.
    Mechanical Systems
    Located under the cockpit, Volvo 2030 MD 3-cylinder 28hp diesel engine. Freshwater cooled via heat exchanger. Single lever controls with electric start. Shaft drive with Stripper rope cutter fitted to 3-bladed propeller. 120 litre fuel capacity giving approximately 250 mile range at 6 knots cruising speed. Sidepower SE80 bow thruster with remote control.
    Electrical Systems
    4 x 12v batteries ( two domestic, engine start and dedicated bow thruster) charged via engine alternator with split charging relay. Shorepower system with ring mains and immersion coil for water heating. Electrical distribution panel with battery breakers. Full cabin lighting throughout.
    Sails and Spars
    Masthead rigged bermudan sloop. Silver anodised aluminium mast and boom. Solid strut kicker. Stainless steel standing rigging (new 2016). Terylene running rigging. In-mast furling mainsail. Facnor headsail furling system. All lines led aft to cockpit via 6 Spinlock jammers and single Lewmar 30 self tailing halyard winch. 2 x Lewmar 44 self tailing sheet winches. Mainsail - very good (serviced and valeted 2014) Furling Genoa - very good (serviced and valeted 2014)

Wheel steering to spade rudder. Centre self draining cockpit with teak laid cockpit seating and sole. Integral self draining anchor locker.
