This Dufour 335 Yacht has an extremely high level of equipment and will be fully serviced and surveyed ready for the new owner. The Grand Large 335 brings together many of the elements of its big brother the 380. Optimising of space with great ergonomics offer great comfort below for resting crew. Nemo is certainly designed for long distance cruising, and this stands out by the way the designers organised her living accommodation. 

Up on deck, the wide open cockpit is revolutionary,  providing space and comfort usually reserved for blue water cruisers. Sailing her in close local waters will be great fun as the Helm has full control of the mainsheet while helming thanks to the innovative positioning of the mainsheet. The mainsheet can be unclipped from the cockpit table and moved away to allow better access in the cockpit. The set up truly gives the best of both worlds in terms of usability on this pocket cruiser racer that has a big boat feel.
The yacht has been fully serviced, antifouled and all seacocks have been changed in June 2019. Also, ITV (Spanish Survey) has just been done and now due in 2021. The yacht is available for viewings exclusively through Network Yacht Brokers.



Accommodation :
Below deck, she has a traditional L-shape galley to port with a beamy aft cabin in the stern. Opposite aft you will find the heads and shower compartment that will accommodate your largest guests in comfort. Pressurised hot and cold water is standard.  The main saloon has a folding table to port with a forward cabin in the bow. A classic and timeless design that has been re-mastered to give the maximum space possible.
