No ordinary Elan Impression 434. Built in 2006 and one owner from new and very much loved. This has the preferred 3 cabin layout with the large owners aft cabin. She is privately owned and never been chartered. This Elan Impression 434 is virtually spotless and very difficult to find any fault. Extremely well kept, fully serviced and can be described as a turn key yacht. Although built in 2006 you could be excused to think she is less than 2 years old. There are significant extras such as:

    Coppercoat anitfouling applied in 2011
    Two electric genoa winches
    In-mast furling
    Full cockpit enclosure canopy
    Raymarine E80 with radar
    AIS transponder and receiver
    Life raft
    Eberspacher cabin heating
    Much more

    Construction
The Elan Impression 434 is almost timeless. Designed by Rob Humphreys and built by Elan Yachts in 2006 to a high standard. Elan’s hull construction technology ensures the required hull strength and stiffness, while using the least amount of material possible in order to save weight and make the yacht more responsive and enjoyable to sail. Furthermore, the 3D VAIL (Vacuum Assisted Infusion Lamination) technology brings better carrying capacity increased hull strength and reduces the risk of osmosis. The inner matrix is moulded rather than bonded again adding strength removing the possibility of weaker bonding joins. Elan yachts carry the Germanischer Lloyd certificate for highest standards in safety and build. The structural build quality is inspected at various important stages through the construction. This particular Elan Impression 434 benefits further from:
