    Remarks :
We are delighted to offer for sale this lovely example of a Mirage 28 sailing boat. No expense has been spared in the upkeep of this yacht by her current owner. If it needed doing, it's been done. A much cared for boat with mass of information and history to pass on to her new owner. She has just been Copper Coated ( March 2017) this will last 10 years.

A 1 cabin yacht with 3 berths, she is an ideal starter boat for someone looking to gain some more experience.

Complete with a vast inventory of equipment ranging from stationary, to a tender with outboard motor.

    What the owner says:

I acquired Tranquillity in the Summer of 2003.She has given me much pleasure & satisfaction both as a refurbishment project and a sailing vessel. I and Max my long standing sailing partner have enjoyed numerous cruises and excursions around Anglesey and in the Irish Sea. By 2013 the boat was as close to perfection as it could be and we both enjoyed some marvellous cruising until l2014 when fate intervened. Firstly, Max’s heart bypass surgery started to fail. He quickly realised that unless he received prompt treatment he could easily become a liability if we encountered seriously adverse weather. Regrettably, such treatment was not forthcoming. At about this time I was diagnosed with cancer. Consequently, we both concluded that our best sailing days were behind us. I had hoped that my daughter, who is also an RYA qualified skipper would be able to do some crewing, but she declined due to her having two young boys to look after. So after much soul searching I have decided to sell Tranquillity. She has proved to be excellent boat being fun to sail, most forgiving and, very importantly, comfortable to live aboard. I just hope her new owner enjoys her as much as I have.

    Accommodation :
On entering the companionway hatch you are greeted with a galley to Starboard and a quarter berth to Port with the privacy of a curtain. A spacious saloon and drop leaf table provides adequate comfortable seating for 3-4 people/ Forward of the saloon is a heads compartment to port and walk through to the forward v double berth cabin.

A well kept and spacious interior with the benefit of being recently refurbished by the current owner. Windows have just been re-bedded on the port and starbourd.
