Built as a ‘cost no object’ project for the owner of the Valdettaro Shipyard. Stunning carbon & E-glass rocket ship from 2003 with a great 3-cabin plus crew layout. Ultra-stylish, yet ultra-practical and set up for effortless fast cruising.

    FURTHER COMMENTS:

Launched in 2003 as L’AVVENTUA to designs by Alessandro Vismara, this stunning Italian-built carbon composite performance sloop boasts an extremely high specification including:-
3-cabin, 3-heads interior layout with additional crew cabin with crew heads aft
    Yanmar 230hp diesel engine
    Retractable hydraulic bowthruster
Hydraulic bathing platform with tender garage
    Hidden submarine anchor arm
    Retractable dedicated mooring winch
Steiner carbon rig with Park Avenue boom
    Harken & Lewmar hydraulic winches
    Doyle Stratis Carbon sails
24vDC electrics with Mastervolt batteries chargers and inverters
    10kw Kohler generator
    Watermaker
    Air-conditioning
    Fridge & freezers
    B&G instruments
    Satellite communications

Now seriously for sale and benefitting from a continuous program or refit and maintenance including a 2012 refit, KORENOC is very attractively priced and well-located for a fast and simple sale.

    DESIGNER’S COMMENTS:

KORENOC (ex L’AVVENTURA) is an evolution of the Vismara 78s, GHIBELLINA and MALAFEMMENA, from which she takes her high-level technical content and simple forms. However, she has a more evident sporting vocation, which meant that Vismara yacht design had to achieve an even more sophisticated level of design, aimed at reaching top-level performance.

A good deal of the design has been influenced by the experience of her predecessors, the Super-Baltic 78 and the Baltic 87 Baltic Deck House, the first characterised by her hi-tech content with an eye to achieving maximum performance and the second by technical solutions aimed at achieving sailing comfort. The composite material construction, with hull in carbon and glass and deck covered entirely in carbon, allows a notable saving in weight terms and even better performance, with speeds of up to 12 knots under motor power, but also increased reliability, durability and easy repairs. The deck features a very short deckhouse ending aft of the mast to leave the bridge free. Comfortable living space on deck is also assured by a large cockpit for guests and sunbathing area. The anchor system is on the cutting edge, with the anchor retracting into the bow without retracting arms and without any obstruction on deck.

The stern opens to provide garage space for the 4.2 metre tender. The interiors have been designed to create comfortable areas, guaranteeing privacy between the crew, service and navigation areas and those reserved to the owner and guests. The “crew mess” is located in the stern, where it has an independent entrance, and the galley is separate from the dinette. The engine room, amidships, contains all of the systems and machinery to allow for easy inspection and also includes laundry room and larder with cold room. The area for the boat’s owner and guests extends towards the bow, along a passageway to 3 cabins with twin beds The dinette is very large and raised to offer better visibility from the wheelhouse as well as being particularly light, thanks to the 180° side windows in tempered plate glass.

The sail plan includes a cutting edge Park Avenue boom able to store the Mainsail and simplify sail management for the crew. There are no running backstays and the spreaders are angled, while the Genoa has no overlap and the use of a Gennaker is envisaged.
