Engine Beta 25 New in 2010 (25 hp 3 cylinder) giving hull speed in excess of 6 knots. 20 gallon stainless steel fuel tank. Engine control adjacent to tiller. Engine instrument panel. Stainless steel shaft with new more efficient 2 bladed folding propellorr fitted in 2017. Hours 800 since new engine fitted. Electrics 12 V system supplied by three batteries. 1 x 90 ah and 2 x 125 ah . Charged by engine alternator via selection switch. Tankage Water capacity approximately 135 litres tank piped to galley and head with foot pumps. 90 litres stainless steel diesel tank with water filter/separator on fuel supply line.
Classic Westerly Fulmar 32, fin keel, Ed Dubois design. GRP hull, deck and superstructure. Aft cockpit with tiller steering and teak laid seats.
Mast Rigging and Sails
Rig Sloop rig with 3/4 rig head sail, alloy mast and spars with kemp solid gas kicker. Rotostay head sail furling system installed 1989. Spinnaker pole installed vertically on mast. Standing rigging last replaced 1998. Sails Arun sails fully battened main sail (2013). Saturn genoa 2018. Spinnaker (probably original). Spinnaker has concertina type dousing system. Winches Self tailing winches provided for genoa sheets. 2 winches for halyards 2 spinnaker winches, one of which doubles as head sail furling winch.
Sleeps 7 (according to the brochure). Double/individual forward cabin, heads, 2 hanging lockers with doors opposite, Main saloon - one double, one single Teak saloon table fixed with folding leaves and bottle storage in the centre. Chart table with seat and chart table drawers, galley opposite. Berth behind chart table. Galley with cold locker at sink. Galley area with Nelson cooker - 2 burners, grill and oven (2008) Eberspacher diesel fired cabin heating with two outlets installed 1990 (not working). Upholstery in blue. Teak interior joinery.
Navigation : Bulkhead mounted compass with backlighting.
