SY "MAGNET" has been lovingly and lavishly restored over the last 10 years. She is a beautiful sailing yacht that is easily handled by two people and is supremely comfortable to live aboard. Magnet is in top notch condition, ready to take you anywhere!
During her current ownership she had; new rig, new Awlgrip topside paint job, new nonslip deck paint, new Epifanes varnish, all brightwork replaced including cockpit, pulpit, stanchions and railings, all cockpit windows replaced, new Perspex on large deck hatches. Completely new electric wiring with drawings, new plumbing and new electronics. Copper coat anti-foul (2020), Bruntons folding prop. Cruising chute and conventional spinnaker. New head sails. We had the engine rebuilt and overhauled in 2014.
Marine Survey report JAN 2022 available by John Walker. Boat is in excellent condition and ready to go.
